Three station-side societies are about to revalue. A short note on which corridors we are watching most closely.

Lahore’s mass-transit footprint expands again this cycle. The Punjab government has cleared the engineering envelope for three new metro corridors, with construction tenders expected to go out before the calendar year closes.
Two of the three lines touch societies in our active portfolio. The Multan Road extension passes within 1.4 km of the Park View City entrance — close enough to be a station-side asset in valuation terms, far enough to keep residential streets quiet. The Eastern Bypass corridor, meanwhile, runs along the spine of the new RUDA precinct that Ravi Ratan sits inside.
Historical comparable data from the original Orange Line corridor is instructive. Plots within 2 km of a confirmed station revalued by an average of 28% in the 18 months between groundbreaking and first commercial revenue. The strongest movers were the 1-kanal residential blocks on through-streets — not the commercial plots, contrary to most early forecasts.
If you hold inventory inside the affected corridors, the operative question is whether to take the run-up or sit tight for the post-commissioning re-rate.
