When you fill in a form on this site (contact, consultation, or callback), we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your indicative investment range
• Any free-text message you choose to share
• The advisor you select, if any

We also automatically receive technical metadata that your browser sends with every request — IP address, user-agent string, and the date / time of submission. We use this only to investigate abuse and to defend against spam.

We process the information above for a small, defined set of purposes:

• Responding to your enquiry. A senior advisor uses your name, phone, email, and investment range to prepare a tailored shortlist and to schedule a follow-up call.
• Coordinating with developers. Where you express specific interest in a project (Bahria Town, Etihad Group, RUDA, Park View, etc.), we may share your name and phone number with that developer’s authorised channel to verify allocation or pricing.
• Record-keeping. We retain submissions in our database to maintain a continuous client history and to comply with the record-keeping practices expected of an authorised sales partner.

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for programmatic advertising.

Enquiries are retained for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and for a reasonable archival period thereafter (typically up to seven years) so that we can answer questions about past placements and tokens. You may ask us to delete or anonymise your record at any time using the contact details above; we will honour the request unless we are legally required to retain it.

Access inside PropertyInn is limited to the senior advisor handling your enquiry and to a small operations team. We use the following service providers to run the site, and your information passes through them as part of normal delivery:

• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery (anonymised performance telemetry only; we do not enable cookie-based analytics).
• MongoDB Atlas — encrypted storage of form submissions.
• Resend — transactional email delivery so enquiries reach our team inbox.

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. These tools record aggregate, anonymised metrics and do not set advertising cookies or build a cross-site profile of you. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social pixels, or fingerprinting on this site.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you;
• Correct anything that is inaccurate;
• Delete your record (subject to legal retention obligations);
• Stop contacting you about a particular enquiry or project.
