Marla
272.25 sq ft
The residential unit. A 5-marla home sits on 1,361 sq ft of land — the standard small-family plot in Punjab.
Since 1990 we have placed Pakistani families and investors inside the country's most considered developments — Bahria Town, Etihad Group, RUDA, and Park View. Quietly. With care. One address at a time.
Since 1990, the work that matters has happened in person — across boardrooms, under marquees, on red carpets the day a project breaks ground. The relationships behind every listing.
Confidential consultations, walkthroughs in the same afternoon, and a senior advisor on every call. We protect your time the way we protect your investment.
As Chairman, I am proud of how far we have come — and even more excited about where we are headed. I invite you to explore our website, learn more about our services, and join us as we shape the future, together. Thank you for your trust and continued support.

Approval bodies
Layouts must be approved by the appropriate development authority. Avoid anything that isn’t — we only work with approved societies.
Buying vocabulary
A token reserves the unit; a booking commits with 20–30% down. Payment plans run 30–48 months. We sign every page with you.
A senior advisor learns your goals, budget and city. We send you a short-list aligned to both.
Day 0We collect you and walk the plot, the developer office and the model homes — same afternoon in Lahore.
Day 1Token payment, booking form, and a dossier of every legal document signed in front of you.
Day 1 – 3Payment plan, registration with the developer, and a personal copy of every receipt.
Week 1Keys, plot transfer, registry, and a permanent named line to our office for life.
Month 1 – 12Founded in 1990. We have placed Pakistani families inside the country's most considered addresses — one season at a time.
Only with Bahria Town, Etihad Group, RUDA and LDA-approved societies. Every project personally walked by senior leadership.
Documentation, instalments, registry, transfer. We stay with you well past the booking — the way it was done in 1990.
